Shipping policy
Each order is carefully hand packaged and checked before dispatch.
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day (unless exceptional circumstances). Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. All orders are dispatched by 1st class service. Goods are dispatched very promptly by us, orders sent using the Royal Mail 1st class should arrive within two days (excluding Sunday) depending on local area delivery/circumstances.
